How the Exchange Process Works
To use Interval International, you first deposit your DVC points into the exchange system through your Disney Vacation Club Member website. Once deposited, you gain access to search for available weeks at thousands of resorts worldwide. The number of points required depends on the unit size and season of the exchange you are requesting. Studios require fewer points than larger units, and low-season weeks cost less than peak travel periods.
Members can browse and book exchanges online through the DVC Member website or by calling Member Services directly at (800) 800-9800. When you find an exchange that interests you, a service fee applies to complete the booking. Who Can Use Interval International?
All DVC members who purchased directly from Disney have full access to Interval International exchanges. However, members who purchased their DVC membership on the resale market after January 19, 2019 may have limited or no access to the Interval International exchange program. This is one of the resale restrictions Disney implemented, making it an important consideration for anyone buying DVC resale. Exchange Service Fee: $95
A $95 service fee is charged per exchange transaction when booking through Interval International. This fee is in addition to the points required and is payable at the time of booking. The fee covers the administrative costs of processing your exchange request and is non-refundable once the exchange is confirmed.

Booking Window
Exchanges can be requested up to 24 months in advance. Depositing your points early increases your chances of securing popular destinations during peak travel seasons. The earlier you plan, the more options you will have available.
Availability
All exchanges are subject to availability at participating Interval International resorts. Popular destinations and holiday periods book quickly, so flexibility with dates and destinations will significantly improve your options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary based on how far in advance you cancel. Points may be returned to your account for future use, but the $95 service fee is typically non-refundable once the exchange is confirmed by Interval International.
Resale Restrictions
